Chef Pierre is a French chef with over 15 years of experience, having trained and worked in some of the most renowned French restaurants, including Michelin-starred establishments and Relais & Châteaux. Since moving to Sydney in 2012, he has worked in high-end restaurants and catering.
Since 2018, Pierre has been cooking and serving privately for families and events, building strong connections with his clients. This led him to launch his private chef company, Noranise Dining, in 2021.
Passionate about discovering new ingredients and refining his skills, Pierre travels regularly to explore fresh produce and incorporate new techniques into his cooking.
